Enterprise Technology Infrastructure, Platforms & Services (ETIPS) delivers services and operational support to meet business integration objectives. Architecture leadership to provide scalable, secure, and highly available infrastructure solutions to meet care delivery business needs and enable future business growth.

We are seeking a highly skilled digital document delivery engineer with deep expertise in telephony, networking, and cloud technologies, particularly Microsoft Azure. This role will focus on the design, deployment, and optimization of enterprise fax solutions, while also leveraging AI-powered services to enhance document processing, routing, and compliance. The ideal candidate will have experience with Fax over IP (FoIP), SIP, and T.38, as well as a strong understanding of Azure AI services such as Form Recognizer, Cognitive Services, and Logic Apps.

Primary Responsibilities:



  • Cross team collaboration is a must and the ability to guide conversations along with taking on ownership and accountability for projects
  • Make recommendations on new products and approve the new system design
  • Oversee system implementations to meet project requirements
  • Manage initiatives and projects to meet goals and deadlines

Required Qualifications:



  • 4+ years of experience with RightFax in a large-scale environment
  • 4+ years of experience with SaaS or PaaS or IaaS
  • 4+ years of experience with T.38, G711 VOIP technology
  • 4+ years of experience with Telephony/Voice side



Preferred Qualifications:



  • Understanding of DNS and provided services: TCP/IP, DNS, switching, routing, VLAN knowledge, OCR
  • Knowledge of project management methods
  • AI/ML experience

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The salary for this role will range from $110,200 to $188,800 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
