ECS Analyst

To provide technical support for the test/implementation of electronic invoicing and remittance, bulk track, and other electronic products.

Essential Functions

• Ongoing supports to our internal/external customers to ensure the Integrity of the EDI process.
• Provides technical assistance in the research, evaluation, and recommendation of new technologies, methodologies, processed and products.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Education

Bachelor's Degree/equivalent in business, computer science, or other directly related quantitative discipline.

Minimum Experience

Two (2) years exempt experience supporting and/or responsible for electronic commerce applications to include direct customer interaction and problem resolution required, automation and electronic data transportation across networks including standard applications, and proprietary data.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Domestic/International travel required.

Organizational.

Analytical.

Communication.

Preferred Qualifications: Technical experience in a customer-facing role, EDI/SQL experience preferred
