Position Summary:
At CCA, Business Intelligence (BI) provides key decision support to CCA executives and leadership. The BI department is led by the Vice President, Enterprise Clinical Informatics and Advance Analytics, and is managed through a matrix-management environment. You'll have the opportunity to collaborate with many team members to bring actionable data and insights into the broader organization.

Reporting to the Director of Business Intelligence, this role will lead and consult BI projects and initiatives which directly align to CCA strategic priorities and projects.

Business Intelligence is the gateway to data-driven decisions and this role will help us build the evidence and rationale for important organizational programs.

Supervision Exercised:
* No, this position does not have direct reports.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
* Facilitate and lead cross functional workgroups to develop analytics and reporting suites.
* Lead BI development cycle to completion, from project ideation to reporting/analytics solutioning to project delivery
* Develops and conducts data discovery plan to assure alignment of data required to accomplish strategic reporting needs
* Condense large data sets into clear and concise observations and recommendations including reports, dashboards and visualization paradigms
* Design advanced conceptual, logical, and physical data organizations, models, repositories, dashboards, and reports within a complete functional and technical architecture
* Consults on reporting/analytics reporting suites
* Leads the definitions and development and validation of standardized data sets
* Develops and conducts validation plan
* Actively participates and meets expectations of production deployment governance controls
* Champions investigation and notification of identified Data Governance issues
* Present data projects to the business during BI Engagements
* Identify key finding in data projects and translate into business implications and areas of opportunity

Required Education (must have):
* Bachelor's degree required

Required Experience (must have):
* 4-6 years
* Background in health care analytics or business intelligence
* Experience working in a Matrix-Managed environment

Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities (must have):
* Experienced with facilitating large cross functional workgroups for requirements gathering, and documentation
* Ability to develop and conduct data discovery plan to consult Business on best analytics solution
* Knowledge of how to visually present information to Business to drive data driven decision making and oversight
* Critical thinking and problem solving ability
* 4+ year experience with Healthcare Data Domain processes
* Experience with tools to support report/analytics creation - SQL, Tableau, Looker, Alteryx, Azure
