Pay and Schedule:

Pay: $19.00/hour

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 1st shift

Employment Type: Direct Hire

What You'll Do:

• Perform light maintenance tasks: changing light bulbs, patching drywall, painting, light plumbing/electrical fixes, and minor building repairs
• Set up and arrange shelving, conference rooms, and workspaces as needed
• Operate forklifts, aerial lifts, and other equipment safely and efficiently
• Assist maintenance mechanics and support facility operations
• Maintain, clean, and organize shop areas, inventory, and tools
• Complete required paperwork accurately and on time
• Ensure compliance with safety and operational procedures
• Take on snow removal and grounds duties when needed

What You Bring:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 2 years of related maintenance experience (or equivalent training)
• Valid Driver's License and forklift certification (or ability to obtain)
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and up to 100 lbs occasionally
• Comfortable with physical demands: climbing, kneeling, lifting, working in various environments, including outdoors and at heights
• Strong communication skills and the ability to read safety rules, operating procedures, and manuals
• Basic math and computer skills
