Purpose:
This Internal Communications Manager will develop and execute holistic internal communications plans for Brand topics & employee
engagement events as they relate to our brand marketing campaigns, key sport moments, priority product launches and company
performance. This individual will partner with Marketing, Brand Experience (Events) and the Content Creation teams to bring campaigns
and communications to life through powerful messaging and storytelling, images and video, and engaging experiences to inform,
educate and inspire our employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Bring campaigns to life by developing creative communications strategies with powerful messaging, visual content and employee engagement
- Partner with Brand comms teams across sport categories to identify and prioritize storytelling opportunities and to develop internal marketing plans for brand campaigns, sport and culture moments and product launches, including employee activations that align with North America priorities.
- Manage Corporate Communications channel strategy and maintain the shared editorial calendar for all owned topics.
- Stay current with technical processes and internal style guidance to execute publishing on our internal platform, a-LIVE and 3rd party communications platforms, including Contact Monkey.
- Build and manage the execution of the internal communications and employee engagement strategies of owned topics for the global and North American strategic business plans for U.S. and Canada-based employees.
- Collaborate with retail, brand and workplace partners to amplify and create awareness of priority messages, campaigns, products and employee engagement through digital and physical displays in the adidas Village in PDX and other North American offices and facilities.
- Partner with Content Creation team on digital screen process and publishing for all NAM offices featuring timely and evergreen content.
- Partner within team cross-functionally to collaborate on joint initiatives.
- Manage programs and brief in content for creative solutions to drive company storylines and experiences to facilitate open, engaging and consistent communication and interaction with employees.
- Cascade relevant NAM comms to internal comms team member managing distribution center/retail employee communications.
- Manage events and editorial calendars across Corporate Communications team to ensure streamlined approach to internal communications and events.
- Incorporate key global campaign and other messaging to NAM comms & execute against shared KPIs.
- Manage and track project-based budgets and expenses.

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in communications-related field with a focus on digital and activations.
- Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or related field or the equivalent in work experience.
