What You'll Do:



  • Serve as a key solutions partner to construction field staff, investigating root causes and proactively designing improvements/fixes
  • Own the lifecycle of field software systems including licensing, updates, troubleshooting, and user training
  • Use project management skills to scope, plan, and deliver solutions with clear milestones and deliverables
  • Collaborate across IT, field operations, and shared services to align technology to business needs
  • Communicate effectively and professionally with stakeholders at all levels across the organization
  • Maintain documentation, perform regular system audits, and monitor data integrity across field platforms



What We're Looking For:



  • Experience:

    • 3+ years of experience in an IT support, solutions analyst, or systems coordinator role
    • Familiarity with project management platforms and ticketing systems
    • Experience supporting construction field teams or similar operations is highly preferred


  • Skills:

    • Ability to solve problems both independently and collaboratively with measurable outcomes
    • Strong knowledge of IT systems and tools used in field operations - construction tech experience is a plus
    • Ability to break down large ideas into management tasks and drive them to completion using project management skills
    • Self-motivated, responsible, and accountable
    • Ability to balance reactive support needs with proactive improvement initiatives
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills including clear, concise, and professional communication


  • Technology:

    • Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
    • Ability to learn additional specific job-related software upon hire




  • Additional Requirements:

    • Must be able to work in the office 4 days per week - position allows the ability to work remote 1 day per week
