Potential Speech/Language Therapist

Sharon City School District has the following potential opening:

• Potential Speech/Language Therapist. The successful candidate must have PA certification in Speech.Language Impaired, Speech Correction, Speech/Hearing Impaired, or Speech/Language Pathology and have Certificate of Clinical Competency .

REQUIREMENTS:

•  PA Certification in Speech/Language Impaired, Speech Correction, Speech/Hearing Impaired, Speech/       Language Pathology
•  Certificate of Clinical Competency (CCC) or in process of attainment of CCC.
•  PA Standard Application
•  PA Criminal History Record Clearance (Act 34)
•  PA Child Abuse Clearance (Act 151)
•  FBI Criminal History Record (Act 114)
•  Act 126 Mandated Reporter Training Certificate
•  Act 168 Disclosure Form (s)
•  Arrest/Conviction Report (Act 24)
•  Copies of Transcripts and Praxis Scores

Clearances must be less than one (1) year old.
