TEKsystems is seeking a dedicated IT Support Technician to join our team onsite at a client in Appleton, WI office. This is a hands-on, customer-facing role supporting a local walk-up "kiosk" environment. You'll be the go-to person for resolving technical issues, providing exceptional support, and ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations. Key Responsibilities: * Provide in-person, walk-up, and phone-based technical support. * Troubleshoot and resolve issues with business-critical applications. * Support mobile and desktop phone systems. * Install and configure software, hardware, and peripherals. * Manage and resolve tickets using ServiceNow. * Assist with conference room technology and hardware setups. * Participate in an on-call rotation (2-3 times/year as primary, 2-3 times/year as backup). * Maintain accurate documentation of issues and resolutions. * Stay engaged with emerging tools like Microsoft Copilot and support its adoption. What We're Looking For: * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Solid troubleshooting experience across hardware, software, and mobile platforms. * Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow preferred). * Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and technologies. * A positive, reliable, and team-oriented attitude aligned with Thrivent's values. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $24.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
