Position Summary:

Performs work under the direct supervision of the Manager - Creative & Graphics. Provide day-to-day creative marketing content, with a focus on video creation for ecommerce advertising and product display pages across multiple brands. In this exciting role, you will be making a significant contribution to the ongoing growth and business goals of Almo.

What you will do in this role:
  • Working alongside marketing teams to deliver creative outcomes to briefs, from initial conversations through to final graphics.
  • Creating graphics for a wide variety of platforms utilizing the full multimedia specialisms with a focus on video and motion graphics.
  • Taking ownership of time managing tasks and working in a structured and organized manner.
  • Directly impacts graphic design animation and experience for several media channels.
  • Coordinates with the department to streamline multimedia software.


Qualifications

What we look for in a candidate:

  • A strong portfolio of multimedia design examples - with a strong focus on video, motion graphics and digital.
  • Ideally, have 2-3 years' experience of working in a fast-paced environment, with a degree in Motion Graphics Design or other relevant disciplines with a strong video and graphic understanding.
  • Advanced knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, XD, Aftereffects, Premier and Photoshop. (But not limited to)
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS.
  • Good organization and time management skills with the ability to work on multiple projects.
  • Excellent communicator with a positive and proactive attitude. Have the ability to give direction to the wider department while contributing your own ideas and experience-based solutions to ensure critical paths are met.
  • Exceptional eye for detail.
  • Experience of working to brand guidelines.
  • Demonstrate a passion for design and an appetite for continued growth and development.
  • Be comfortable with challenging the status quo.
  • Understanding current technology trends and using this knowledge to develop engaging images that communicate our products features and benefits is desirable.
  • Play close attention to current Digital styles and trends, ensuring our content stays relevant, stylish, and appealing to the relevant target audience.
