The Opportunity

This position assists the Associate Athletic Director, Business Operations with the management of the day-to-day financial and business operations of the Athletic Department. This position has administrative and financial oversight over all athletic camps. Provides financial guidance for all coaches and staff.

Responsibilities Include:

• Maintain multiple athletic department budgets and reconcile accounts with the University general ledger.
• Provide financial guidance for coaches and staff based upon monthly reconciliations.
• Train and assist coaches and staff on the University's expense reporting system for all travel and purchases.
• Process timely journal entries, purchase requisitions, revenue deposits, check requests, travel advances, budget transfers, travel reports and all financial documents required by ERAU policies and procedures to maintain accurate department operations.
• Serve as the chief administrative officer for all ERAU athletics camps, to include balancing all financial data.

Required Education and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in a financial setting may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• Knowledge of Athletics and NCAA rules. Proficiency in Microsoft software. Knowledge of Workday is a plus.
