For more information, please visit www.resilience.com Position Summary & Responsibilities This position provides leadership and project management in executing the tasks associated with environmental, health, and safety (EHS) program(s) assigned to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, corporate policies, standards, and guidelines, and site-specific requirements. Job Responsibilities:
Works closely with Operations Production Managers and Supervisors on equipment and process safety communications and accident investigation support for aseptic filling, product inspection, product packaging areas and Quality Labs.. Main point of contact for Functional Area EHS Coordinators and emergency responders (ERCs and Emergency Response Team Members). Complete design reviews and process hazard analysis and pre-startup safety reviews for new inspection and packaging lines. Perform EH&S change management assessments for all site areas at the West Chester, OH site. Co-lead Emergency Response Team for West Chester, OH site. Act as Industrial Hygiene subject matter expert for both the West Chester, OH and Blue Ash, OH sites. Serve as an administrator for EH&S related Incidents, Investigations, and Corrective Actions for the West Chester, Ohio site. Participate and conduct planned Safety inspections. Revise and create new standards, policies, and SOPs. Represent the organization on the Local Emergency Planning Commission for Butler County.
Minimum Requirements
Ability to travel between the primary site located in West Chester, OH and secondary site located in Blue Ash, OH. Experience with OSHA's 29CFR1910 and 29CFR1926. Considerable experience in a GMP environment with pharmaceuticals manufacturing, food manufacturing or chemical manufacturing. Considerable expertise in EH&S Change Management. Experience in PHA, HAZOP, conducting JSA, writing Safety and Environmental-specific programs, and conducting applicable training. Working knowledge of NFPA standards, specifically Fire Prevention and Electrical Safety. Experience with MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Experience maintaining accurate and precise records. Possess the skills to work collaboratively with other teams Industrial hygiene experience working with APIs and noise
Preferred Requirements
Current Certified Safety Professional Certification. Current certification of hazardous materials and emergency response training under 29CFR1910.120. Bachelor's degree in environmental, health & safety, industrial hygiene, or related field. Fluency in OSHA's Process Safety Management Standard. Experience with the NFPA 70E Electrical Safety Standard. Current DOT/IATA Certification. Current RCRA Certification.

Our target base pay hiring range for this position is $80,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year. Actual base pay is dependent upon a number of factors, including but not limited to, the candidate's geographical location, relevant experience, qualifications, skills and knowledge.
