Strategic Relations Integrator

• Develop and maintain strong, productive relationships with key personnel within select DoD and IC organizations
• Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to ensure process alignment and adoption
• Anticipate and respond to the evolving needs and priorities of partner organizations
• Proactively identify and address potential issues or conflicts in a timely and professional manner
• Lead the development, negotiation, and execution of formal agreements (e.g., Memoranda of Understanding, Cooperative Research and Development Agreements) with assigned DoD/IC organizations
• Analyze existing organizational business functions and identify areas for improvement and standardization
• Develop and document clear, concise, and effective organizational processes to optimize efficiency and effectiveness
• Identify and pursue new opportunities for collaboration and partnership with DoD/IC organizations
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of organizational policies and procedures

• 12+ years working with DoD/IC
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships with government stakeholders
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.

• Must have a current TS/SCI clearance and be eligible for special program access
