Job Duties:
Reporting to the Chief of Staff, act as an administrative assistant to the Head Coach and the Chief of Staff. Coordinate the efforts of the Head Coach and Chief of Staff with various major department functions and initiatives. Manage special projects for the Head Coach and Chief of Staff; prepare correspondence for staff and coaches, oversee calendars and schedule for the Head Coach and Chief of Staff; and serve as point of contact for internal and external constituents. Additional responsibilities include providing administrative support to the football coaching staff and Director of Football Operations in the areas of travel, expense accounts, expense reports, recruiting logs and correspondence. A working knowledge of State, University, NCAA and B1G rules and regulations is required to successfully fulfill the obligations of this job. Key Job Responsibilities:
