Primary Job Responsibilities:



  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of contractors
  • Have a working knowledge of the duties of all positions listed and the daily operations of each area of responsibility
  • Accountable for contract operational execution, performance, contractual compliance, customer relations, and strategic planning for areas of responsibility
  • Ensure staff training meets all contractual requirements
  • Understand the legal processing requirements of all types of forfeiture
  • Provide required Security forms for qualified replacement(s) within fourteen days of an employee's unavailability to
    perform due to resignation, termination or anticipated extended leave, unless an exception is granted in writing from the COR
  • Responsible for maintaining satisfactory standards of employee competency, conduct, appearance, and integrity,
    and be responsible for taking such disciplinary action against the contractor's employees as may be necessary
  • Ensure contractors are submitting their tasking timely
  • Identify any issues with staff performance and develop both short-term and long-term solutions to address the matter
  • Work with the USSS Program Manager to coordinate workload
  • Ensure that required staffing levels are met to maintain workload
  • Will pre-screen all potential applicants, provide to the USSS for review and coordinate the USSS interview with the applicant
  • Provide monthly, quarterly, and annual staffing reports
  • Serve as the single point of contact (POC) between the customer and the contractor
  • Other duties as mission needed and within the scope of this contract


Qualifications:



  • Minimum Years of Experience: Three years of experience as a Project Manager of similar projects
    involving data analysis, legal assistance, training and recruitment related to asset forfeiture
  • Bachelor's Degree
