Position: Intake Representative Location: Portland, OR About the Role We are seeking a detail-oriented and compassionate Intake Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for patients, helping them navigate their home medical equipment needs with clarity and care. Key Responsibilities * Answer incoming calls from patients regarding home medical equipment orders * Verify insurance coverage and eligibility * Accurately enter call and patient information into internal systems * Review daily order logs and ensure completeness * Confirm patient details, prescription accuracy, and shipping information * Cross-reference data across internal and external platforms * Open and manage Excel reports, including sorting and filtering data What You Bring * At least 1 year of experience providing customer service over the phone * Familiarity with medical terminology and healthcare environments * Experience with insurance verification is a plus * Minimum 2 months of data entry experience * Comfortable using Excel to open, sort, and filter spreadsheets * Ability to multitask across multiple screens and software programs Why Join Us?
