*Description*
The demand manager position will support Global information systems, Core Manufacturing Division. The demand owner will oversee all projects coming into the group. They will have overall accountability and ownership to manage incoming business demands through the GIS demand process to ensure efficiency and velocity throughout the process. As a part of the role the Demand Owner spends a large amount of time coordinating with leadership, business partners, and IT. Job Duties/Responsibilities: *Gathers detailed business requirements and understands what is being requested Accountable for request from order through fulfillment *Owns the responsibility to bring all demand owners and/or delivery performers required together to coordinate and schedule work *Coordinates delivery of the Proposal development *Understands the overall status of request, and escalates appropriately as needed *Partners with Project Managers to ensure the demand request is fulfilled as committed *Communicates with other demand owners and requestors as necessary to resolve needs or discrepancies around scope, quality, cost, time, resources, and priority *Provides status to demand requestor and stakeholders as needed *Ensures resources are secured across delivery performers to deliver fulfillment of demand request *Coordinates all impacted (or involved) teams to ensure participation in ROM/proposal development, and fulfillment of request *Monitoring and reporting of demand progress *Skills* Communication, organization, problem solving, analytical, analysis, communication and leadership skills, requirements gathering, problem management, organizational change *Top Skills Details* Communication,organization,problem solving,analytical *Additional Skills & Qualifications* Top Candidates will have: Proficiency with MS Suite Tools: Teams, OneNote, Sharepoint, Intermediate Excel functions ServiceNow or similar demand workflow tool experience Formal IT project management experience, and experience using Primavera or MS Project Experience creating dashboards using visualization tools such as PowerBi or Tableau Ability to execute via process and to identify improvement opportunities In-depth knowledge of a demand management process and concepts Planning and organizing skills Ability to manage risk and issues Comfortable utilizing technology to lead meetings ex: being able to flip between screens, display presentations, etc. *Experience Level* Entry Level *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $35.00/hr.
