We're looking for a friendly and resourceful Customer & Technical Support Specialist to be the first line of support for our internal and external users. What You'll Do Customer Service Excellence * Deliver outstanding service with a courteous, professional, and friendly attitude. * Handle 20-30 calls per day, providing timely and effective support. First-Level Technical Support * Respond to support requests via phone, email, chat, and ticketing systems. * Troubleshoot basic technical issues and guide users through solutions. Knowledge Base & Escalation * Use internal resources like Knowledge Base articles and SOPs to resolve issues. * Escalate complex problems to higher-tier support when needed. Needs Assessment & Guidance * Assist users with equipment requests, software installations, relocations, and access issues. Documentation & Ticketing * Accurately document all actions and resolutions in the ITSM ticketing system. Team Collaboration * Work closely with teammates on support projects and contribute to a positive team environment. * Consult with leads on escalated tickets and follow-ups. Administrative Tasks * Stay on top of timesheets, compliance training, and shift changes. * Be punctual and ready to work-whether in-office or remote. Special Projects * Take on additional duties and projects as assigned by senior team members or leadership. What You Bring * 1+ year of customer service experience (call center preferred) * Strong verbal and written communication skills in English * Comfortable navigating computers and multitasking across systems * Ability to manage calls, tickets, and chats simultaneously * Entry-level or recent graduates welcome! Bonus Points For * Bachelor's degree (especially in Computer Science, IT, or related fields) * Experience with Salesforce, ServiceNow, or other ticketing systems *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
