Genesis10 is seeking an Operations/Asset-Based Lending Specialist for a 12-month contract assignment. This position will be based in Charlotte, NC or Irving, TX. Schedule: Will work on a hybrid schedule (3 days in/ 2 days remote) Compensation: Up to $35.00 - 40.63 per hour, depending on skill and experience level. Job Description: These contractors will be supplementing operations by coordinating deal closings for asset-based lending (ABL). They will act as the main POC for stakeholders as deals progress from prospect to close. These contractors will coordinate with underwriting, legal counsel, Insurance brokers, letters of credit teams, and 3rd party bank relationships. Consult on or participate in moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within Commercial Loan Closing and contribute to large-scale planning related to Commercial Loan Closing deliverables. Review and analyze moderately complex Commercial Loan Closing challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of variable factors. Contribute to the resolution of moderately complex issues and consult with others to meet Commercial Loan Closing deliverables while leveraging a solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements. Collaborate with client personnel in Commercial Loan Closing. Note: This team does not handle any post-closing responsibilities Could work with deals up to 100 days Contractors will manage 8-10 deals per individual, which can be in different stages Required Qualifications: 4+ years of Commercial Loan Closing experience Experience with loan closing deals for asset-based (AP, inventory, and equipment finance ) lending with a law firm or large financial institution Experience assessing insurance documents & letters of credit MS Office/Adobe products Asset-Based Lending Deal Closing experience with varying complexity and business lines If you have the described qualifications and are interested in this exciting opportunity, apply today!
