Belt Assembler

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Ensures all safety procedures are followed and actively works to uphold our safety program
• Ensures all quality procedures are followed and actively works to uphold our quality program
• Works to maintain a clean and organized shop ensuring all areas meet our expectations
• Assembles belts as trained and instructed by the Assembly Line Leaders
• Handle materials required for each individual work order
• Maintain at the least an average pace consistent with the pace of fellow line members.

Qualifications:

• Must be a solid communicator
• Ability to work well in a team atmosphere
• Must be able to perform 90% of tasks listed as Belt Assembler Level 1 on the skills matrix

Education:

• On the job training

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 55 pounds
• Ability to stand for long periods of time (up to 10 hour shifts)
