What you'll be doing...

As an integral member of the of the team, you will devise strategies to ensure growth of expansion sales, renewals, and help reduce churn. Identifying and implementing process improvements that will maximize output and minimize costs in the vendor space. This position requires a hyper focus on the internal/external customer experience, quality and results when developing and executing sales and retention programs. Below are just some of the responsibilities this individual will be responsible for overseeing:

What we're looking for...

  • Develop, optimize and communicate integrated GCS expansion sales programs to drive initiatives and accelerate the execution of priorities and improve sales results

  • Driving sales & service methodologies, processes, and system development and optimization, with ensuing development and evolution of GCS KPIs and performance analytics; drive automation to improve productivity

  • Ongoing management and execution of high-impact expansion programs including goals, timelines, metrics, results and feedback/improvements

  • Leverage relationships with Process Excellence, Program Architecture, Training, Product, and GCS groups to remove roadblocks and progress initiatives

  • Maintain on-going relationships with Marketing and GTM partners to create a seamless communication plan for maximizing revenue growth as new initiatives are deployed

  • Make recommendations on paths forward based on field trends, and partnership feedback

  • Develop, implement, and monitor day-to-day operational systems and processes that provide visibility into goals, progress, and obstacles for key initiatives/objectives, and they will need to make decisions to drive and achieve business goals.

You'll need to have:

  • Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience.

  • Five or more years of relevant experience required, demonstrated through one or a combination of work and/or military experience, or specialized training.

  • Sales experience

  • Project and program management experience.

Even better if you have one or more of the following:

  • Vendor Management Experience

  • Five or more years of experience managing multiple programs, personnel, and profit and loss (P&L)

  • Salesforce experience

The salary will vary depending on your location and confirmed job-related skills and experience. This is an incentive based position with the potential to earn more. For part-time roles, your compensation will be adjusted to reflect your hours. The annual salary range for the Illinois location(s) listed on this job requisition based on a full-time schedule is: $113,000.00 - $197,000.00.
