*A large Healthcare Company in Beaverton, OR is hiring Member Service Specialists to join the team during Open Enrollment season!* Start Date: 9/2/25 * Mandatory 2 days onsite which will be 8/28 and 8/29 for equipment pick up and orientation to prepare for official day Monday 9/2. Open to candidates from Salem or Vancouver *Responsibilities:* * Answer and transfer calls as necessary through our web-based phone system, around 20-50 calls during open enrollment season * Navigate between 5-10 different applications and systems * Supports individual members while on the phone with their accounts, including member eligibility, enrollment, premium billing, and delinquency, for both Direct and Exchange members. * Look up member's accounts and answer questions about payment status, eligibility status, and premium amounts, as well as how to enroll, make changes or terminate coverage * Take payments and set up automatic recurring payments, as well as advising members how to do the same for themselves online *Qualifications:* * High School diploma or GED is required * 1-2+ years of experience working in a customer service call center environment or related * Healthcare experience not required but is a big plus * General understanding of health insurance or healthcare is a plus * Ability to navigate through multiple systems and screens, while typing & talking simultaneously * Must have reliable internet and work from home space *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
