Position Summary:
The Senior Value Consultant will become an expert on how Adobe's products provide quantifiable business value to our Healthcare and Life Sciences customers. They will contribute to client engagements on largest deals, create self-service value tools and assets, enable sales and solution consultants on value tools, and generate value-specific thought leadership in collaboration with other Adobe teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead teams on bespoke business case engagements by getting buy-in with C-level clients, orchestrate engagement with the Sales, Solution Consulting and Product ecosystems within Adobe, drive problem-solving, and hand off business case to customers leading toward deal closure.
  • Align with Sales leaders on deal prioritization for bespoke business cases.
  • Enable and coach sellers on the business value of Adobe's products for customers
  • Identify opportunities to develop new value assets and tools to scale Adobe's ability to demonstrate value to customers
  • Work with post-sales to track value realized for top accounts

Requirements:

  • Having developed quantitative ROI business cases for digital transformation initiatives or technological investment
  • Healthcare marketing analytics experience to prove increment financial value of marketing campaigns or patient outcomes
  • Familiarity with technological enablers of digital transformation (e.g. Content Management System, Customer Data Platform, Campaign/Journey systems, Analytics systems)
  • Strong knowledge and experience in any of the following areas, with an appetite to learn all: any of the health insurance, healthcare provider, pharmaceuticals, medical device or biotech industries and Adobe's Experience Cloud products
  • Expert client-facing written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong project management, financial analysis, and business research skills
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $125,500 -- $220,800 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
