Posting Date 07/17/2025 3201 S 323rd St,Federal Way,Washington,98001-5023,United States of America GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB The Transformation Sr. Analyst will play a key role in supporting initiatives that drive process improvement, automation, and digital innovation across the Village Sentinels and the broader Apollo team. This teammate will collaborate cross-functionally, perform data and process analysis, and contribute to the successful execution of transformation projects. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Support transformation projects:Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of transformation initiatives focused on improving efficiency and effectiveness within Accounting. Analyze processes and identify opportunities:Conduct assessments of current workflows to identify pain points and recommend automation or simplification solutions. Enable automation and digital tools:Partner with business and technical teams to build, test, and implement solutions using tools such as Alteryx, Workiva, BlackLine, and other F&A focused platforms. Develop documentation and process maps:Create clear, structured materials including current and future state process documentation, SOPs, and training content. Monitor and report on progress:Track key performance indicators and assist in preparing updates and dashboards to communicate progress to leadership. Collaborate across functions:Work with teammates across Finance, IT, and operations to gather input, validate assumptions, and support solution delivery. Promote innovation and continuous improvement:Share new ideas, research emerging tools, and contribute to a culture of learning and experimentation. Participate in training and upskilling:Take part in learning programs to deepen skills in digital tools, transformation frameworks, and project delivery. Salary/ Wage Range $78,000.00-$110,000.00 / year If a candidate is hired, they will be paid at least the minimum wage according to their geographical jurisdiction and the exemption status for the position.
