Job Description The Scrum Master for the Data Platform Engineering Teams will ensure smooth collaboration between business, product and engineering teams, supporting multiple initiatives. This role will drive Agile processes, budget, foster a high-performing team environment, and deliver scalable design system solutions across digital platforms. Role Responsibilities: Facilitate all Scrum events, including Sprint Planning, Daily Scrums, and Retrospectives. Collaborate with the Product Owner and business stakeholders for day-day operations Proactively identify and resolve impediments to keep projects on track. Manage Jira and Confluence for sprint boards, reporting, and documentation. Coach team members on Agile principles, encouraging continuous improvement. Ensure Scrum theory and guidelines are adhered to by the team. Guide stakeholders on how to partner with the Data Platform Engineering team Monitor key metrics to assess performance and improve team processes. Qualifications: 7+ years of IT experience, with 4+ years in Agile Delivery. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Proficiency with Agile tools like Jira, Confluence, and cloud-based platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud). Experience with Scrum and Kanban methodologies. Strong understanding of Data Engineering Experience with finance and budget management Scrum Master certification (CSM, CSP, or SAFe) preferred. Competencies: Strong team leadership and coaching abilities. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to resolve conflicts and drive decision-making. High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on delivering results.
