*Location*: Fully On-Site
*Schedule*: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (Initial 2-week training period) Flexible scheduling available post-training Role Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join our team as a *Check Resolution Associate*. This fully on-site role involves managing incoming checks, routing them correctly, performing audits, and supporting internal teams to ensure timely and accurate processing. Key Responsibilities * Conduct internal audits to confirm accuracy of processed items * Analyze checks and determine appropriate departmental routing * Input notes into IIM and client systems when needed * Ensure checks are mailed to correct addresses or forwarded for escrow deposit * Expedite payment processing in time-sensitive situations * Coordinate with other business units as needed * Track and follow up on unresolved or outstanding check items * Assist with physical delivery of checks using a mail cart during scheduled intervals Required Skills * Data entry proficiency * Basic inventory control knowledge * Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) * Attention to detail and strong organizational habits Qualifications * Minimum of 1 year of experience in data entry, admin/clerical work, quality control, or accounting * Basic Excel skills welcomed * Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities * Comfortable with a fully on-site work environment *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
