FOX is seeking a highly organized and driven Digital Marketing Manager to support cross-functional marketing initiatives across our owned and operated businesses. This role is central to coordinating and executing digital promotions that support key business objectives for FOX News, FOX Business, FOX Weather, FOX Sports, FOX Entertainment, FOX Deportes, FOX Local Stations, FOX Nation, Big Ten Network, and more.

The ideal candidate is passionate about digital media, highly collaborative, detail-oriented, and eager to work across one of the most dynamic portfolios in the industry. You will report into the central marketing team and liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure that marketing campaigns are executed flawlessly, aligned with strategy, and delivered on time.

A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for O&O marketing execution across FOX brands, ensuring timely delivery of promotional assets and campaigns.

  • Collaborate with business units and brand leads to gather campaign priorities, audience targets, messaging, and KPIs.

  • Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., design, editorial, product, analytics) to deliver assets across digital touchpoints including web, app, email, push notifications, advertising placements and more.

  • Maintain and manage a centralized content calendar for O&O promotions, ensuring visibility and alignment across brands and platforms.

  • Track placement timelines, approvals, and delivery milestones using project management tools.

  • Monitor and report on campaign performance using internal analytics tools; assist in generating insights to optimize future efforts.

  • Stay up-to-date with best practices in digital marketing, media, and entertainment.

  • Leverage AI and emerging technologies to streamline workflows and processes is a plus.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

  • 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, project coordination, or campaign management.

  • Strong organizational skills with a proven ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously.

  • Effective communicator with the ability to build relationships and align cross-functional stakeholders.

  • Expert knowledge of digital marketing channels, including email, push, display, and video preroll.

  • Experience with project management tools (i.e., Google workspace, Airtable, Monday.com).

  • Strong analytical skills to track digital performance metrics and use marketing analytics tools (ie: Google analytics, Adobe Amplitude, etc)

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay rate/range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is $102,000.00-155,000.00 annually. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents. Benefits for Union represented employees will be in accordance with the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
