Reporting to the Senior Manager, Talent Strategy, the Manager, Recruitment Marketing is a seasoned recruitment/employee marketing leader who will leverage strategies to promote external & internal opportunities and employee value proposition messaging to deliver talent at all levels to Nutrien. This position will collaboratively drive the strategy and execution of Nutrien's Talent brand and recruitment marketing initiatives that are tied to Nutrien's overall Talent Strategy. You will support Nutrien Globally, aligned with One Nutrien by working with internal teams to include Brand Culture & Communications, Culture and Employee Experience, University/Campus Relations and Talent Attraction. The Manager, Recruitment Marketing will play a key role in understanding internal and external candidate requirements and supporting the Talent Strategy of the overall organization through recruitment marketing efforts.

What you will do:



  • Position Nutrien as an employer of choice by leveraging Nutrien's Employee Value Proposition to create compelling internal & external candidate messaging to attract a wide array of qualified, diverse candidates across all operating segments and functional areas.
  • Support the Talent Strategy and talent needs of the organization by supporting the development and marketing of alternative talent pipelines on a Global scale. Research, highlight and execute partnerships that align to talent strategy and support development of talent pipelines globally.
  • Work with internal brand culture & communication teams and external vendors to define and promote consistent branding strategies and campaigns for recruitment needs.
  • Work with Culture and Employee Engagement to collaborate in embedding meaningful messaging into strategies based on internal & external candidate feedback.
  • Work alongside Culture and Employee Experience to survey internal and external candidates to understand "customer" needs, trends and to subsequently build into key attraction messaging.
  • Develop and implement training for Talent Attraction Team to appropriately care for external and internal candidates including messaging, selling features, regular communication and transitions through the hiring process.
  • Continue to build Nutrien's global talent brand in partnership with global brand team, to attract and recruit talent across regions.
  • Build an internal and external recruitment ambassador program, leveraging current employees to create and spotlight content that demonstrates our culture and values.
  • Enable the building and nurturing of relationships with candidates through various channels.
  • Build relationships with internal business partners to understand business challenges, culture, and goals when building external narratives.
  • Deliver strategic programs to increase talent brand awareness, and boost candidate engagement.
  • Influence and contribute to the content strategy on key job seekers sites which will include videos, photos, and social posts in partnership with our Talent Attraction and Brand Culture & Communications teams.
  • Build and maintain a library of creative assets together with Brand Culture & Communications team that can be utilized by Talent Attraction.
  • Cultivate and grow our talent community networks through relevant and engaging content.
  • Monitor and identify opportunities to promote Nutrien opportunities and stories on various platforms such as Indeed and Glassdoor.
  • Work cross-functionally to prepare monthly reporting for HR Leadership, Executive Leadership and Board of Directors regarding external and internal candidate market.
  • Leverage data to track and evaluate brand performance and develop recommendations to deliver effective targeted campaigns and brand experiences.
  • Monitor and measure key social rating metrics on various job seeker sites and provide consistent reporting to key stakeholders.
  • Track, measure, and report on campaign results across multiple channels. Ability to analyze top of the funnel, recruitment-focused data, and provide recommendations to optimize efforts across channels,
  • Proactively research, introduce and execute on trends and best practices to elevate our internal and external recruitment marketing efforts,
  • Create and implement job posting Audit Initiative to ensure job postings and brand content are relevant and engaging to continue to build our talent network. Include consistent reporting mechanism and follow-up process to address gaps and to leverage high-performing postings.


Leadership



  • Influence key stakeholders to deliver on candidate & employee recruitment & brand objectives.
  • Influence project teams, HR Business Partner Community and leaders regarding Change Management requirements/practices.
  • Lead third party vendors and become key point of contact for external recruitment marketing resources.
  • Provide collaborative and supportive leadership of recruitment marketing team.


Budgeting & Metrics



  • Develop and manage annual Candidate recruitment marketing budget plans in terms of activities and services, operating costs and projects
  • Manage vendor relationships for surveying and feedback tools
  • Consult and support other HR teams in initiatives as required
  • Provide reporting, dashboards and summaries to TA leaders, HRLT and other executive teams as required
  • Provide reporting analysis, research and benchmarking data for TA leaders, HRLT and other executive teams as required



What you will bring:



  • Bachelor's degree, preferably with a concentration in marketing, public relations, or communications or a combination of education and relative work experience.
  • 3+ years of progressive leadership experience with 8+ years of strong recruitment or employee marketing/communications experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, recruiting for roles in Corporate, Manufacturing and Retail recruitment environments; including seasonal and student hiring.
  • Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally, working with TA, Marketing teams, Operating Segments, and external agencies.
  • Experience working in a cross-functional, virtual enterprise environment.
  • Experience with recruiting, employee engagement & experience and/or marketing efforts to include content for, collateral, careers site, job boards, and recruiting campaigns.
  • Knowledge of employer branding strategies and recruitment marketing.
  • Strong project management abilities; capable of prioritizing and handling multiple projects simultaneously, under tight time timelines.
  • Demonstrated presentation skills and ability to inspire others regarding our Employee Value Proposition.
  • Organizational skills with a great attention to detail.


Compensation & Benefits:

Salary Range is $95,700 - $177,800 annually. This range is estimated for the Product Stewardship SDS Coordinator role in Loveland, Colorado. Actual salary and benefits may differ based upon location.

In addition to base pay, this role is also eligible to participate in our annual incentive plan and long-term incentive plan, consistent with the terms of our program(s) where discretionary pay out of awards is reflecting components such as performance of the company and the employee. Details will be discussed through the application process.
