We are hiring Program Manager in Milwaukee, Wisconsin (hybrid 3 days/week)! Responsibilities: * Lead and manage projects that are part of the financial program. * Collaborate with different teams to make sure everyone is aligned and on track. * Help define goals, timelines, and resources needed for the program. * Track progress, solve problems, and adjust plans as needed. * Communicate clearly with team members, leaders, and partners. * Use tools like Jira to manage tasks and updates. * Share updates and results using data and reports. Qualifications: * Experienced in project or program management. * Strong communication and organizational skills. * Comfortable working with different teams and managing multiple tasks. * Experience with Agile methods and tools like Jira. Nice to Have: * PMI certification * Background in finance or ERP systems is a plus. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $65.00 - $115.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
