Job Description The Agency Senior Digital Marketing Consultant helps to drive business growth and improved customer loyalty by consulting and working with agency owners and their staff to help build and sustain their digital and social media presence. In this role they will apply professional judgment, knowledge and experience to manage projects, provide education, and implement targeted digital marketing programs. This individual will also own the development and execution of Education strategy. They will work across the Digital, Social and Local team to lead Education for the team. This will include developing a timeline, strategy and driving execution as well as defining and tracking KPIs on education adoption and performance. The ideal candidate will have a broad digital marketing background, an analytic mindset, an attention to detail, strong problem-solving and customer service skills as well as demonstrate systems thinking. They must also be able to communicate the benefits of digital marketing to an audience largely unfamiliar with the space.Key Responsibilities Program Execution
