Position Summary Responsible for the effective management of Social Work services and staff in the Emergency Room and inpatient Social Services program. Responsible for planning, organizing and implementing policies, procedures and staff/systems development. Education Bachelor's degree required Experience Minimum of five years experience in case management and utilization management . Skills Registered nurse licensed in NJ or licensed Clinical Social Worker. Current acute care clinical knowledge with broad bases medical/surgical background. Demonstrates effective interaction and communication (oral, writing, presenting) skills. Ability to function competently in stressful disputation and a changing work environment related to changing patient needs. Ability to utilize effective problem solving and time management skills to set priorities, perform job related responsibilities and respond quickly to unexpected situation.
