Digital community is a new capability for Montefiore, and our Digital Product Managers will participate in nurturing our digital strategy from seed to full bloom.

A Product Manager is responsible for the ideation, development, and management of digital products to improve patient and provider experience. The product manager works with cross-functional teams to define product strategies, prioritize features, and ensure the optimal user experience through the successful delivery of digital solutions.

Responsibilities include:

  • Collaborate with executive leadership to define and articulate a clear product strategy aligned with the organization's overall goals.
  • Build an understanding of data, usability studies, research, and market analysis to integrate into product strategies and requirements to enhance user satisfaction within and outside the organization.
  • Drive product vision, strategies, and roadmaps in the context of broader organizational strategies and goals.
  • Integrate data, usability studies, research, and market analysis into product strategies and requirements to enhance user satisfaction.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive product vision, define product requirements, coordinate resources from other groups, develop roadmaps, and guide the team through key milestones.
  • Define success metrics for product features.
  • Drive decision-making through analytics.
  • Negotiate scope and timelines to achieve KPIs, and leverage data and user research to make product enhancement recommendations.

Requirements include:

  • Demonstrated experience as a Digital Product Manager in a complex enterprise organization.
  • Experience working with outsourced IT developers in a matrix enterprise.
  • Experience defining metrics to analyze and measure product success.
  • Experience using analytics to drive informed decisions.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.

Strongly preferred:

  • Knowledge of health care workflows
