Radiology Technologist Colmar Manor, MD Pay From: $46 per hour MUST: The Radiology Technologist will have experience: Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a surgical or procedural setting preferred Experience in vascular access, orthopedics, spine, or pain management cases is highly desirable Current ARRT certification (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) required State Radiologic Technologist License BLS certification required Proficient in fluoroscopy and surgical imaging techniques Strong knowledge of sterile technique and OR protocols Excellent communication, critical thinking, and multitasking skills Ability to work collaboratively in high-stakes surgical environments DUTIES: Operate C-arm fluoroscopy and portable X-ray equipment in pre-op, OR, and recovery areas Perform imaging for procedures such as but not limited to vascular access, orthopedic interventions, spinal injections, and pain management cases Ensure accurate positioning, proper radiation safety, and image quality during procedures Maintain all radiology logs, quality assurance records, and image storage Scrub in for cases requiring technologist assistance, including instrument passing, retraction, and sterile field setup Assist the surgeon during procedures by handling imaging-related surgical instruments and supplies Maintain sterile technique and ensure the integrity of the surgical field when scrubbed in Collaborate with sterile processing and OR teams to ensure proper equipment setup and turnover Quadrant is an affirmative action/equal opportunity employer.
