To repair, install, maintain and adjust all equipment, machinery and plant facilities

• Must be at workstation on time with all work apparel clean, sanitized and with all required safety equipment
• Must obey all safety, USDA, HACCP, and plant rules and regulations
• Must know ship mathematics, be able to interpret drawings, read and understand schematics and be able to use tools required.
• Must be proficient in the following areas;
• a. electrical wiring
• b. pipe fitting/plumbing
• c. welding
• d. shop machinery
• e. sheet metal
• f. hydraulics
• g. pneumatics
• h. AC motors
• j. automatic equipment operation (set up, repair and rear down
