Staffmark is seeking a reliable and professional Administrative Assistant to join a leading company in the industrial rental industry. If you're organized, friendly, and ready to grow your administrative career, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

Pay: $14.00 - $15.00/hour (based on experience)

Schedule: Monday - Friday | 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM

Responsibilities:



  • Greet visitors and manage all front office activity
  • Answer and direct incoming calls in a professional manner
  • Provide customer service support in a fast-paced office environment
  • Utilize Microsoft Excel to track data and generate basic reports
  • Perform general administrative duties and support internal teams as needed



What We're Looking For:



  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Prior experience in office-based customer service roles
  • Strong phone etiquette and a professional front-desk presence
  • Dependable, detail-oriented, and eager to be part of a growing team
