Guard Shack Attendant

Staffmark is seeking a reliable and alert Guard Shack Attendant to support security and visitor management at a facility in Siloam Springs, AR. This is a part-time position with minimal physical labor, ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, observant, and professional in communication.

Pay Rate: $11.25/hour

Schedule: Sunday - Tuesday | 6:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Responsibilities:

• Visitor Management: Greet and check in all visitors, document arrival/departure times, and ensure proper sign-in procedures are followed
• Communication: Maintain clear communication with facility staff to direct visitors to appropriate departments or personnel
• Security Awareness: Monitor for any suspicious behavior or unauthorized access attempts; maintain control over site entry points
• Incident Reporting: Respond to and report any security-related issues, including potential protestor or activist activity
• Area Oversight: Keep the guard shack organized and ensure surrounding areas remain safe and hazard-free
