Job Summary We are currently hiring a Program Manager for our Cincinnati team, and our ideal candidate will possess a passion for impacting lives and our community. You will manage all aspects of customer relations at your assigned onsite location. You will be the focal point and liaison for all staffing related issues between the customer's management, our Company's management, our recruiters, and our employees at the onsite program. Essential Duties Your Day-to-Day Leadership includes Activities such as these:
- Utilizing your human resources skills to manage, evaluate, and develop onsite employees.
- Running weekly staff meetings to review processes, obtain feedback, and implement necessary operational changes that will improve success at our customer.
- Participating in strategic resource planning and quality programs.
- Act as a liaison between our Company and your customer for outstanding delivery and communication of Company services to your customer.
- Enhancing the Company image in the external community through developing and maintaining relationships and activities with local organizations and community leaders.
Competencies Competencies we value for this role include outstanding customer service, ethical conduct, thoroughness, detail-oriented, excellent written and oral communication skills, strong time management skills, the ability to read and understand P&L statements and delivery strategy to drive revenue, proven strong organizational skills, and an ability to effectively prioritize in a multi-task environment.
