Genesis10 is currently seeking an Application Programmer with our client in the financial industry located in Charlotte, NC. This is a 12 + month contract position. Responsibilities: Help to develop and deliver processes that will assist the organization accomplish a set of key goals focusing on transparency of where the workforce spend their time Data analysis, running data and process gathering and design sessions and developing material including process documentation, training and education material, as well as capturing business requirements for the successful development of management level operational dashboards Work with a number of key stakeholders and product owners, as well as facing off to the wider APSE teams to assist in rolling out new processes Requirements: Proficient in data analysis, process design, process documentation and experience in Agile delivery methodologies Process Design and Documentation Experience with data gathering for organizational wide process design and contributed to the development of procedural documentation Data Analysis Experience in performing large volume data analysis to develop thematic analytical output Identifying correlation and trend information from the data, which can be used foundation for transformational change Data Models/Dashboards Experience with constructing and sustaining data models and capturing and recording requirements for the development of operational dashboards Agile JIRA Tableau MicroStrategy ITSM Pay range: $39.68 - $47.68 Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
