The Pharmacy Technician Trainee successfully completes didactic, simulation, and experiential components of the Johns Hopkins Health System (JHHS) pharmacy technician training program within predefined duration. Pharmacy technician trainee must meet a minimum of 400 credit hours completion requirements of the program per ASHP/ACPE standards. Graduates of the of the Pharmacy Technician Training Program will successfully obtain their Florida Board of Pharmacy registration and work as a pharmacy technician at the Johns Hopkins All Children's Hospital for a minimum of 1 year. Pharmacy technician trainee is also required to obtain PTCB certification within 1 year of completion of training program.
