to hire a Legal Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

You'll be responsible for drafting, proofreading, and filing key legal documents such as pleadings, subpoenas, and settlement agreements. Additionally, you will manage medical record requests and organize incoming documentation while maintaining both digital and physical case files with accuracy. Your role includes scheduling and coordinating depositions, court hearings, and client meetings, as well as serving as a professional point of contact with clients, courts, and insurance companies. You will assist in preparing materials for trials and mediations, monitor legal deadlines, maintain attorney calendars, and perform general administrative tasks such as billing, mail handling, and supply management.

What We're Looking For:



  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a legal assistant or secretary (personal injury law experience highly preferred)
  • Solid understanding of legal terminology, procedures, and documentation
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal software such as Needles or Clio
  • Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to handle confidential information with the utmost discretion
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; legal certification is a plus
