Schedule: Monday - Friday | 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM

Competitive pay: $18 - $20 per hour

What You'll Do:

In this key role, you'll provide essential administrative support by managing data entry, maintaining accurate records, and preparing important documents. Your keen eye for detail will shine through proofreading and editing tasks, while your strong computer skills-especially with Microsoft Office-will keep everything running smoothly. You'll also assist with filing, photocopying, and light cleaning, all while fostering a positive, team-focused attitude.

What We're Looking For:



  • 2-3 years of experience in administrative support
  • High school diploma or equivalent (required)
  • Proven ability to manage time and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Office programs
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Positive, team-oriented mindset with a willingness to help wherever needed
