 | We're looking for a hands-on Operations Leader to lead and develop our Greensboro team and ensure safe, reliable, efficient manufacturing performance. 
 This role owns the operations strategy for the site, developing a high-performing team and driving Lean and continuous improvement across all areas of the plant.

            What You BringChampion a world-class safety culture, ensuring compliance with OSHA, environmental, and personnel protection standardsDeliver safe, on-time, in-full production that meets cost and quality targetsLead, coach, and develop a high-performing team - building capability, succession, and future leadersDrive Lean / Six Sigma and continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and improve processesOwn manufacturing execution: labor strategy, workforce planning, and daily production performancePartner cross-functionally on new product introductions, technical scale-ups, and process enhancementsOversee site production budgeting, scheduling, and cost control initiativesStrengthen communication, alignment, and collaboration across shifts and functional teamsServe as a key member of the site leadership team, helping shape culture, engagement, and operational strategy 
            Why AuroriumBachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or Engineering discipline required7-10 years in chemical manufacturing operations or related industrial productionSupervisory and team-leadership experience with proven coaching and development capabilitiesExperience in PSM-regulated chemical, petrochemical, or refinery environments preferredLean / Six Sigma training (Green Belt or Black Belt highly preferred)Strong safety mindset and continuous improvement mindsetFinancial and operational acumen (budgeting, forecasting, cost control)Confident communicator who builds trust, alignment, and accountabilityExperience with SAP and Microsoft Office
