Warehouse Coordinator

POSITION OVERVIEW

dormakaba is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator based in Dallas, TX. The Warehouse Coordinator is responsible for all aspects of inventory management within their respective area of responsibility.

HOURLY HIRING RANGE: $25/hr - $30/hr plus mandatory overtime as needed (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data). WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Monitor the inventory of the warehouse and service and installation vans to ensure that all necessary stock transfers are completed efficiently and accurately
• Ensure that all compliance, process reporting, and safety procedures are adhered to
• Inform dispatchers and managers of availability of needed parts
• Run weekly reports on parts usage by technician and replenish on a regular basis
• Provide quotes and order parts for stock parts

WHAT WE REQUIRE

• Strong working knowledge of inventory management
• Strong organizational skills
• Forklift certification or 1+ years' experience operating a forklift in a warehouse environment

• 1+ years' warehouse, inventory, and quality control experience
