What we expect Who we are looking forKey Responsibilities: 
  Directly managing and leading Mechanical Technicians and Hourly production resourcesCollaborate closely with production personnel, managers, and engineers across all 3 shifts to address concerns, resolve issues, and achieve key performance metricsResponsible for ensuring daily targets are met using proven managerial techniquesMaintaining the preventive maintenance program to ensure timely and efficient completion of PM tasksMonitoring and tracking top downtime items with permanent corrective action implementationMeeting department goals in safety, costs, quality, material efficiency, and productionManaging Major Maintenance BudgetManaging Spare Parts and Machine Shop SpendingWorking with external suppliers for quoting and ordering Spare PartsProject Planning and executionIdentify and manage equipment reliability risks that adversely affect the manufacturing process by developing and implementing condition-based, proactive, predictive, and preventive maintenance practices. The implementation of best practices that are aimed at improving our OEE, Uptime, Unplanned Downtime vs Scheduled Production measures.
 
    Problem Solving (Root Cause Analysis)Thermal ImagingOil AnalysisBasic Equipment CareMaintenance Excellence (DIVA)Leading in the development and installation of Continuous Improvement projectsComputer knowledge in DIVA, WordPerfect, PowerPoint, Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and SAP.Preparing and presenting formal presentationsThis role is typically Monday-Friday, although it may include working periodically on weekends if/when needed
  Education: Bachelor's Degree, plus 5+ years related experience or Associate's Degree plus ten years relevant experience required.Experience: Experience in a high-paced manufacturing facility is required. LEAN/TPM training/experience is highly desirable.
   
    SMT Electronic manufacturing is required Technical Skills: Strong understanding of production processes, quality control, and inventory management.Leadership: Excellent leadership and team management skills.Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Communication: Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.Attention to Detail: High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
