Description
Millennium Health LLC is an accredited specialty laboratory with more than a decade of experience in medication monitoring and drug testing services, helping clinicians monitor use and misuse of prescription medications and illicit drugs. The testing is used by healthcare professionals to obtain objective information about patients' recent use of prescription medications and/or illicit drugs and helps monitor the effectiveness of treatment plans. * The recruiter opportunity is offered as an 8-12 week contract. Candidates must live in the San Diego County area. Essential Functions
- Partner with hiring managers across the United States to execute hiring processes for high-volume requisitions
- Post requisitions and maintain all pertinent applicant and interview data in the ATS to ensure a safe and thorough audit if required
- Review a high volume of resumes for time-sensitive roles with a sense of urgency, maintaining a requisition load of 30+ requisitions for locations across the United States
- Prescreen candidates; manage and coordinate all communication with candidates; prepare candidates for interviewing with the hiring managers, providing detailed information on the company, the industry, the department, review the job description requirements, and set expectations
- Manage the scheduling and logistics of all interviews between candidates and hiring managers; perform post-interview debriefs/feedback with hiring managers and candidates
- Extend offers of employment to selected candidates under the direction of the hiring managers and within the guidelines of Millennium's compensation policy
- Ability to ensure HIPAA, Confidentiality, and Compliance policies, procedures, and standards are always adhered to
- Ability to ensure administrative, physical, and technical cyber security controls are always adhered to
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a Human Resources Certificate or equivalent work experience preferred
- 2 plus years' experience in high volume, full lifecycle recruiting, preferably in the healthcare or science industry
- Outgoing, friendly personality
- Ability to multitask and remain well-organized
- Flexible with the ability to act quickly
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to build relationships, build support from hiring managers, listen, and provide assistance
- Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with Applicant Tracking systems and/or HRIS systems
