Job Summary The Sales Representative is a customer-facing sales role responsible for converting inbound leads, generating and closing organic opportunities, and turning partner referrals into signed service agreements. You'll speak directly with dental practice owners and office managers to explain our services, present pricing, and guide them confidently toward working with PPO Profits. Success in this role depends on the ability to build trust quickly, manage a dynamic pipeline, and guide practices through the sales journey-from initial contact to signed agreement. This is not a transactional sales job; it's a relationship-based role that demands empathy, strategic thinking, and persistence. The Sales Rep will work in close coordination with our marketing team and sales leadership to continuously improve scripts, messaging, and conversion strategies. Key Responsibilities: - Respond to warm inbound leads from webinars, referral partners, social media, and events - Conduct sales conversations with dental office owners and/or managers to explain PPO Profits' services - Present value-based pricing and guide prospects through the decision-making process - Handle common objections professionally and with a solutions-oriented mindset - Accurately document all communications, status updates, and next steps in the CRM - Follow up with open leads using a multi-channel strategy (calls, emails, texts) - Maintain and manage a personal pipeline of prospects - Meet or exceed monthly quotas for signed contracts and closed deals - Coordinate with the marketing and leadership team to refine sales scripts and lead engagement strategies - Attend internal team meetings, training sessions, and weekly sales huddles - Handle all inbound leads submitted by Benco Territory Representatives (TRs) and support those relationships with responsive, professional communication - Create and close organic leads through webinars, social content, educational outreach, and proactive engagement - Host webinars, virtual trainings, and live info sessions to educate prospects and generate new leads - Train Benco TRs on how to position and refer PPO Profits' services through Zooms, in-person events, and shared sales tools - Occasionally co-travel with TRs for key meetings, in-office visits, or event participation - Represent PPO Profits at regional meetings, dental conferences, study clubs, and trade shows to increase brand visibility and generate new opportunities Required Qualifications: - Demonstrated ability to consistently close warm leads in a high-touch sales process - Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a professional and friendly tone - Comfortable handling pricing discussions, objections, and closing without escalation - Ability to manage a high volume of activity and track performance metrics through a CRM - Self-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently in a remote setting - Proficient with digital tools including Google, Microsoft, CRM software, and online forms Preferred Qualifications: - Experience selling services in healthcare, dental, or insurance industries - Familiarity with PPO reimbursement models or dental practice operations - Understanding of dental industry pain points such as overhead, collections, or UCR fees Performance Metrics: - Monthly and quarterly sales targets - Accuracy of CRM records and pipeline management - Contribution to sales team initiatives and feedback loops |
