The most important thing we build is TRUST Overview CAES by Honeywell is searching for an experienced US Government Compliance Accounting Director to join our Corporate office. This position is responsible for complete US Government (USG) Compliance oversight by providing practical, solution oriented guidance on auditing and validating the company's accounting and cost estimating compliance activities as it relates to aspects of USG compliance. The main focus will be on compliance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations (DFARS), Cost Accounting Standards (CAS) and Indirect Rates and Indirect Rate Structure and Incurred Cost Submissions, with emphasis on Indirect Rates. This includes conducting validation audits of the relevant accounting and cost estimating systems as well as administering/tracking internal corrective action requests (CARs) when deficiencies are identified. This role can sit in either Lansdale PA, Phoenix AZ, San Diego, CA, or San Jose, CA. Responsibilities Key Responsibilities:

Salary Range: $189,038-$231,046 annually (San Diego). Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Applicable pay within the posted range may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, geographical location, job function of the position, education, and experience of the successful candidate.
