Position Overview
The Contracts Manager will play a critical role in the management of our contracts with public sector customers. You will ensure that Zones is fulfilling our contract obligations by communicating with key stakeholders, producing reports, and managing and updating various tools and repositories of agreements and related information. You will also perform various other administrative duties as assigned.
What you'll do as the Contracts Manager:

  • Actively manage our largest public sector contracts and programs to ensure we are consistently meeting our obligations (serving as the official program manager when required).
  • Track contract requirements and work with Sales and other stakeholders to ensure that we're meeting our compliance requirements (e.g. diversity spend targets, minimum revenue amounts, marketing/training requirements, etc.).
  • Produce and distribute reports which document usage of public sector contracts and ensure prompt payment of any contract fees.
  • Produce and maintain contract-at-a-glance reference documents to guide our public sector sales teams.
  • Manage the onboarding of new public-sector contracts by engaging with key stakeholders throughout the company and communicating the requirements.
  • Distribute notifications to the relevant teams when we're added to new contracts and proactively raising internal awareness about the contracts we're already on and what they can be used for.
  • Coordinate the completion of contract-related applications and paperwork.
  • Manage our response to audit requests related to our public sector contracts.
  • Enter and manage the data used in our CRM system to determine appropriate contract pricing for public sector customers.
  • Answer questions from our public sector sales teams and other stakeholders about our obligations under our existing agreements.
  • Lead special projects related to our executed public sector agreements.
  • Address other public sector contract-related tasks, as directed by the Manager, Contract Operations.
What you will bring to the team:
Education
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent.
Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience working in legal operations or contract management.
  • Previous experience managing a U.S. federal contract (e.g. NASA SEWP) would be desired, but not required.
  • Effectively manages multiple tasks and prioritizes work to meet established service level agreements.
  • Works in a self-directed manner to complete items with the highest degree of accuracy, judgement, integrity, and creativity.
  • Possesses a perfectionist mindset and an intense focus on details.
  • Interacts and builds positive relationships with a wide range of stakeholders with a pleasant, professional demeanor.
  • Works comfortably in a fast-paced environment and picks up new skills and concepts quickly.
  • Employs a strong command of MS Office products (particularly Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, and Dynamix CRM) and the ability to learn how to utilize new applications.
Qualified candidates can expect a salary range of $80,000 - $100,000.
