Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Product Analyst to join our team. This entry-level role is perfect for someone looking to start their career in product management within the ad tech and advertising industry. You will support the product management team by streamlining operational processes and enhancing product performance to drive our company's success. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, Product Marketing, Product, Operations, and Engineering to optimize processes and support the sales team with technical expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist Product Managers:Help product managers with various tasks, including gathering information, performing product analysis, and supporting client inquiries
  • Monitor Performance Metrics: Track and report on product performance metrics to ensure all stakeholders are informed.
  • Support Lifecycle Management: Assist with documentation and reporting throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Ensure Client Delivery:Coordinate with teams to track progress and ensure timely delivery of client requests, reporting status to stakeholders
  • Assist with Market Research:Help gather information and perform basic competitive analysis to support product decisions
  • Assist with Product Documentation:Work with product managers to gather, collate, and maintain product documentation and training materials
  • Manage Inquiries: Provide outstanding support to both internal and external stakeholders regarding product-related questions.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills and a passion for data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and data integration is a plus.
Additional Information

This role has a market-competitive salary with an anticipated base compensation of the following range: $55,000 - $80,000. Actual salaries will vary depending on a candidate's experience, qualifications, skills, and location. This role might also be eligible for a Sales-based incentive or performance-based bonus.
