Overview
This is a remote role that may be hired in several markets across the United States. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Analyst, Data Risk Controls & Business Enablement to help business units across the organization identify, document, and implement effective data risk controls as part of our enterprise data risk management initiative. This position plays a critical role in translating strategy into action by working directly with frontline teams to understand data driven processes, evaluate data related risks, and develop control activities and procedures. The successful candidate will partner with data stewards, risk officers, and business process owners to integrate data risk considerations into existing operational workflows and the enterprise RCSA program. This role is highly interactive and ideal for a candidate with experience in risk management, control design, and strong business acumen who enjoys collaborating cross-functionally to embed sustainable, fit-for-purpose data controls. Responsibilities
Qualifications Bachelor's Degree and 4 years of experience in Financial Services, First Line Risk Management, Enterprise Risk or Operational Risk OR High School Diploma or GED and 8 years of experience in Financial Services, First Line Risk Management, Enterprise Risk or Operational Risk

Actual starting base pay will be determined based on skills, experience, location, and other non-discriminatory factors permitted by law.
