Under the direction of the Director of Marketing, Ticketing and Strategy this internship is designed to expose the individual to all aspects of athletic ticket operations through the fulfillment of single game and season ticket orders, serving as a front line customer service representative for UC Davis Athletics, providing game day support for ticketed sports/events, assisting with financial reconciliations including monitoring the ticket office clearing account, and working closely with Team Aggie to provide ticketing/ parking/event support as needed.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications - For full consideration, applicants are encouraged to upload license and/or certification if required of the position
- Bachelor's degree in related area and / or equivalent experience / training
- Experience working in/competing for a collegiate athletics program.
- Attention to detail and strong writing/editing skills. Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in a customer service oriented position. Desire to pursue career in collegiate or professional sports related field.
- Must be team oriented, organized, and a strong communicator.

Work Environment
